OH BABY!!!
I recently got my first four-wheeler! A Raptor 660. It's is awesome! But I kinda want to know whats the best thing to do to improve the handling, it is alright, but my friend is getting a Predator and I want to compete. Also, how many problems did the Pred have in '03. BTW, my Raptor is a '02 w/ a Stage IV Exhaust and K&N filter, and Snad tires. But, what is the best way to practice a wheelie. For around $100 you could get wheel spacers and widen it up 4 or 5 inches but I would not recommend them especially if you do any jumping. Many companies also sell lowering kits, which actually change the position of the shock, making the quad sit lower. Again these kits are not recommended for jumping. If money is not a problem, I would get an extended axle and extended a-arms. If you do alot of hardcore riding, you will find that widing up the front end makes the suspension way to soft, so you might need aftermarket suspension. Check ebay, people on there sell stuff brand new for $100's under retail. You could probably get the a-arms, tie rods, axle and shocks for around $1200 if your lucky.

carguy07, If you were going out to buy a dirt bike with no experience riding one, would you buy a KTM520, KX/CR 500, etc? Most people wouldn't. But these same people will go and buy a raptor, DS, banshee, etc which are the fastest in production. They think because it has four wheels that they can handle it.
