I just got a warrior recently and i'm happy with it. Keep in mind it's a 350 and the ex is a 400...no replacement for displacement like everyone says. www.albaaction.com has a 400 kit for the warrior. Somewhat expensive but i bet you will own any stock 400 ex.

This past summer a guy had an '02 warrior for sale and I was an still am really tempted to buy it.
The guy has put just about everything on the bike without having to touch the motor.
New Plastic, Skin graphics, adjustable axle, powdercoated the frame, works shox, steering stablilizer, aftermarket tires and rims, stainless brake lines etc... The quad is super clean!!!!
He supposedly set the bike up for trail riding but now has no time to ride since he just had a newborn.
He said that he put about 2k in accesories on the bike.
Along with the warrior he also said that he would give me all of the stock plastic etc. with a helmet and riding pants. He was asking 3200 obo but without having to say anything he already went to 3000. Would you offer the guy 2700 or start looking for a decent 400ex?
I personally like hondas better but have a lot of buddies that ride yamaha.
Note: I am new to sport quads and would greatly appreciate your input!</end quote></div>

iv noticed that peaple are telling you that 400ex don't have reverse , no effense ,but thats not true , you might have to pay a little more but you can get a 400ex with reverse , on ebay you can find plenty of 400ex for under $3000
