ok im 14 and have been riding a kawasaki bayou 220 and want to move up to a sport quad
i looked at the raptor 250 but i think i'll outgrow it fast
i was thinking a predator but i think it might be a little too heavy
so whats a good 400 to 500 cc machine thats easy to handle and in the $3500 price range
reverse would be nice

How long will it be until you can upgrade again? A Raptor 250 might be the right quad, but you will be bored with it after a few years. The 400 class is your best bet, but know that in many states you can't Legally ride one until you are 16.

Z400 if you ride more open country, or a 400EX if you mostly ride tighter trails.
On the other hand, I see lots of dads ripping around on their kids Raptor 250's! These guys usually ride 450's or Raptor 700's....so if the 250 is such a boring ride, what's the deal????
