I'm gonna hit the obvious here.

You say it was rebuilt 2 years ago but only has 25 hours on it.

How old is the gas that is in it right now?

also, what are the conditions of your air filter, tranny oil, coolant? when were they checked/changed? what does your plug look like?
2-stroke fuel goes bad over time, so that could be the problem.
when you did the top end, what was the condition of the bottom end? did you replace the reeds?

another thing 've seen happen is the screws holding the stator & lighting coils unscrewed themselves & caused a similar condition on a friend's LT.
we need more info than 'scalded cat to ship on a stick' to help you out

the last time it was rebuilt, the entire motor was redone, bore out, bottom end rebuilt, and top end, o dont know about the reed tho. but i got it going 2 day, its not that it lack bottom end it just that the bottom end isnt snappy any more and wants to stall alot. i took my pipe off 2day to take a quick took at the piston and it look in really good shape, ever since i pressur washed it its been runing wierd, in my carb pluged?, and i think i got like 35-40 hours on it but the piston is fine. i need to get it fixed soon so i can sell it, i want to buy a banshee. and yes i know about 2-strokes, but this was my first bike and by the time i got enough knoledge to how to work on it there where soo many problems i just ran it out, witch i shouldnt have. by the way how do u rebuild a bottom end?

Working on 2 -strokes is so easy but its all trial and error . Check your compression ,new plug, jetting ,fuel mixture, new gas , clean air filter, idle screw, and so on . Doing these things should be routine maintenance anyway so half of them are probably already ok. Oh yeah and make sure all the wiring is connected properly, a losse conection can cripple your bike like you say.
