Default noisy vinson?

I just brought my brand new red 5sp. vinson home on monday. I'v got about 40 miles on it already and have notices a grown coming from the backend somewhere when it is moving. It almost sounds like there is something rubing on the tires or something. Other than that this thing is amazing. It puts the autos that i test drove to shame. It will do a mean wheel stand, yesterday i got all the way to third before the front wheels touched down. I did manage to get it stuck the first night, but that was all my falt. I hit a mud hole that looked to be about a foot deep and ended up swallowing my vinson up to the bottom of the seat. But if anyone has any ideas about this noise i would like to hear it. I checked the whole machine and couldnt find anything that would be making it, and it was there before i got it stuck.

pull the rear caliper, check the rear brakes. My brother in law and I both have vinsons (2003's) and are having rear brake problems. Suzuki and the dealer don't want to warrenty them and are saying that it is operator error. Brother-in-law's brakes went out at 150 and 300 miles and mine are going at 200 miles. We first started noticing problem when we heard noises from the rear end and they felt like they have been dragging.
