hey rockrider, ur just mad becuase you dont have any toys that go that fast but is ok i under stand. The only good toy u do have is a quadracer but i gurantee any of my toys would kill it

But if you say your LT230S will go 75 then there is NO way it is stock.



Oh and my 500 would smoke your Shee.

a aztec belongs in a junk yard and should be recycled to make a FORD..........

I know lt230racer quit well, and the fact is that his 230 can only keep my warrior to third gear and im still spinning the tires.

can anyone help me my 230 smokes bad, does it need rings and piston and those parts? i really need assistance.

Is this the motor you just purchased? How bad does it run? My first guess would be valve seals. If that isn't it, it may be the rings/bore.

yea mbrooks do you want me to send you a pic or a video to show you what i mean? it smokes and is extreamly hard to start.

oh and the cluctch slips, is this because i am running regular 10/30 mobil i did not have 10/40 at the time?

I probably don't need a video, just some more answers. I used to run mobil regular oil in my old 230 and the clutch never slipped. I'd try adjusting the clutch before changing the oil. Does the motor tick/knock? Is the smoke gray or blue? Does it smoke less after it's warm? If you try and pull start the motor without using the decompression lever does it occasionally pull the starter right out of your hand? If the motor still runs than nothing catastrophic happened inside the cylinder. This means that you could prob. get away with the stock piston, replacing the rings, and getting a hone job. If you are tearing into it I'd consider just going ahead and doing a ring and valve job. If you do all the labor you can it shouldn't be more than $125. If you get into a bind I could probably help you out.
