z400 to powerful for 14 year old

I am 15, had a 400ex till I upgraded to a kfx400 this year, I think its just the ride for a 14 year old, not super fast but not slow, I'd say get it for him, made me happy.

You can always put a restrictor on it too while he's still getting use to it when he 1st gets it for a few weeks or something.
