Is there a noticable power difference? Is three times the horsies a noticable diference?

Has anyone with a 440 kit and 39mm carb put a 38 tooth rear sprocket on and raced a yfz?

 

how old are you smitty, if your young maybe you should just mod your 250, its still a good bike.

 

nah im 16 and beleave me the z250 is way to small it is nice just to slow for me do u even think a z400 would have enough power to tell the diffrence bettwen ther 250

 

I don't believe that you are 16 smity. You can't spell worth a d@mn and you ask the dumbest questions constantly. There is a search feature on the forums. Try using it before you post more dumb quetions. Also to answer your question the z400 is so much better than you z250 you will wonder why you bought the z250 in the first place. The only problem for you is that it has a clutch but don't let that intimadate you.

 

yes you will notice a very big difference, if you really are 16 than it should be ok depending on your experience. i love mine and im only 17, now all i want is a pipe and some new shocks+a-arms. it is kinda hard too believe you are 16 smitty.
