what is the top speed of a lt250?

does it have alot of torque?

how do they do in the sand dunes?

stock top end = mid 60's

decent low end torque for a 2 stroke

no dunes here in Florida so I dont know

Top speed varies between quads. In one Glamis trip I was slower than a z400, after a couple mods, I was faster.
Torque. I pull the front wheels off the ground in 3rd gear at the top of olds hill.
Duning. I can hang with $50,000 buggys in the dunes.

Bored how much? One step over isnt going to change much. If it is bored to 300cc, then it will.

i have 2 one is bored .40 over and the other is like a 310 so wat do u think?

The 310 is probably pretty fast, depending on gearing. Probably 65-85. I imagine that you have a special Cylinder to have a 310. The most you can bore a lt250 is .080 over which equals 265cc.

o ok yah i guess it is only a 265 then all i know is that i have had it bored 2 times and honed 1 time
but i got a new one and it is .40 over so wat is that? it is the nicer of the 2

.020 is .5mm. So a .040 piston is 71mm ( stock is 70mm)
Without doing the calculation, I think is is 257cc
