They are a 2 hour long timed event. Some will mix woods and MX, but every course is different. Get yourself a chest protector, and a water pack and go give one a try...they're a blast!

 

Thanx guy, I figured thats what they were, my z is pretty much stock with razr tires, I know I can't hang on the mx tracks due to the big table tops and doubles but I can ride with the best of them.... I am going to get in a few around Michigan here then!
