my bike blew today. I heard something rattling so i stop and shut it off and when i went to go kick it it was stuck. What do i need? Piston and Ring?? someone help me out i need to ride SOON.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-frown.gif[/img]

 

take the top end apart and see... it could be a piston, or rod bearings...? who knows? do some investagating.

 

I have the same problem once and it turned out to be the powervalve screw backed out of the linkage and wedged in my gears. I also know a buddy that that happened to on a Bansee and it turned out to be his keyway sheared and jammed so the engine would not turn. I would start by going the cheap way. side cover gasket then head gasket. If the noise was not a HOly Shtt what is that noise ... kinda noise I would doubt it was your piston wating you cyclender. I would take the side covers off first then the head.
