A know nerfs are for keeping your feet from going below the pegs and getting riped off but my feet never come off the pegs.
They look kewl too.I'm just worried that they will get me hung up in the trails. The z/kfx/dvx is easy as hell to get high centered anyways.
A pair of nerfs that you could take on and off easyily and fast would be sweet.I liked the AC nerfs but they must be a beatch to put on from the way yall are talking.

Are the ac Nerf bars universal i mean i have a suzuki 230 they have nerfs for them but my footpegs are welded on so i was wondering if the ac's are the ones that bolt to the actual footpeg n ubolts on the front to hold to frame. i had a blaster with nerfs that bolted up like that.thanx

i am with you KFXCarnage. Are they really going to Help or hurt me?
I dont do alot of jumping but i do do alot of riding in the woods, i wouldn't want them to get caught up.

I race Hare Scrambles/GNCC with nerfs with no trouble and they have saved me more than once. The nerfs don't sit any lower than the frame of your quad so if the nerfs are dragging then so is the frame; they also will help to keep your back wheels from getting hooked by trees.........

Yes they are AC pro pegs. These are the older model that have the seperate heel buckets. The new ones have the heel guards built in (sweet).

The cheapest I've found the AC Pro Peg nerf bars is on Ebay for $200 plus shipping. Pro Armor also makes some that go for cheaper. The heel guards also bolts onto the back plastic, similar to the stock ones. Alba also makes some that the heel guards dip down. They're a different style, looks pretty neat.
