i have a 04 z250 sport. this is the first bike i have ever had with an auto clutch......AND IT SUCKS !!
i just cannot get use to it. does anyone know where i could get a kit to swap it over to a manual clutch. who was the idiot who thought up of this auto thing anyway? i see no advantage to this set up at all. downshifting drags the rear wheels( if skipping two gears down). it is just not a smooth transaction. i agree with you totally shanny. i am getting fed up with my Z250. bad suspension, lackluster motor, shaft driven,auto clutch, Ok looks not to mention getting burned by all my friends . i am not putting any more modifications on. it would be a waste. i am going to be gettign a new atv soon.
