aksafari....where is the idle circuit screw located? Is it external or internal?

The idle circuit (mixture) screw is covered from the factory by a little plug you have to drill and pry out. Be careful! It's external of the float bowl, just between the engine side and the float bowl.
The MAIN JET is the small, round jet that is screwed into the perforated air tube just below the needle.

When you say external of the float bowl, do I have to dissassemble the float bowl from the body of the carb to get to it? Also, do I need to replace the plug covering the head of the idle mixture screw? Thanks again aksafari!...P.S....like what you did to the airbox.

No, external means it's outside of the float bowl.

No, you don't have to replace that little plug.

Thanks, it seemes to help. At the very least, it makes me THINK it works better. Although, it's not going to keep water out of the intake as well.

Can the main jet be replaced without removing the carb from the engine? Based on the ATV Connection article on the CVK32, I'm thinking I can follow the begining section of Phase III which states to just loosen the clamps on both sides of the carb and rotate clockwize to get at the float bowl screws.

Exactly the article I used.

Just loosen the two clamps, remove the throttle cable from the cam under that little black plastic cover on the right side of the carb (one screw) and rotate. You will only be able to access it on the left side of the quad because of the exhaust, but it's doable.

Getting to the last float bowl screw is a bitch, though.

AND they are super tight from the factory, so be careful and use a brand new bit so you don't strip the screws.

Well, I finally got a 135 main jet and installed it Friday. Also checked the idle mixture screw which was set to 2 full turns open. Unfortunately I did not have the same results. My Eiger ran very rich with this new main jet. So rich that it fouled the plug. I reinstalled the original 122 and replaced the plug and all ran well. What did I do wrong? I live in SC. Temp was 85-90 and humidity was around 70%. Suggestions?

Make sure you close up your idle circuit screw a 1/2 turn or so, so it's only 1 to 1 1/4 turns open. Remember, I also did my weeny little airbox mod. That might have made the diff... try running w/o your airbox lid temporarily, if it fixes the rich problem, then you know what your problem is.
Something I didn't mention on my airbox mod that MAYBE made a difference, is the fact that I cut the lip off the intake of the snorkle, right at the inlet. There is a rolled lip where the air goes in that I cut out to make the intake hole wider.
Who knows? Maybe the little bit of additional air made the difference.
