has anyone changed there front hubs to another brand so the could get a different bolt pattern on the front, i dont really want to modify the originals if i dont have to because i want to keep my winter tires on the original rims. please let me know the modle of hub to use and if i have to change anything on it.

 

hsd makes front hubs with the yamaha 4/156 bolt pattern, so u can run 4/1 off set rims.

You can get the proper size wheels 4x166 from douglas in .190 aluminum with out changing your hubs.

sorry, thought the c series was a standard wheel. I don't think you can change just the hubs, I had wanted to put the shamrock style wheels on mine and found out that you would have to change the whole spindle over to a z400 style. if you have the rectangle upper a arms you probably can't do it.

 

i saw a pic of ukzilla's 500 and it had just z400 hubs but he had to add a spacer and use the 400 calipers and grinde a small slot on the spindle for caliper clearance, so im looking for a little easier way to do this if i can find one without machineing my own new hubs.
