Default need some legal advice

say a kid got pulled over and he got a couple of tickets and for some odd reason the cop wrote the wrong street name and town. what should this person do when he has to go to court? say something there. Is there any possibility that the tickets would get thrown out

Default need some legal advice

he got me for three tickets ranging anywheres from 15-150 bucks-1 for riding on a road at excess of 80mph(dont know whether i should tell it doesnt go that fast)1 for not having liability insurance, and 1 for being under the age of 16

this would be a huge help if anyone could tell me a site where i could get legal proof of how fast the quad goes

Have the cop close off a road and clock you lol. Or if it will lessen the charge maybe even try contacting suzuki to have them say it can't go 80.

If your bike is stock, and you can get something from Suzuki (letter, website printout, brochure) where they state that the top speed of your Z is less than 80, then you might be able to beat that ticket.

The address thing probably won't help you. Just like with your parents and the keys, tell the judge....
I'm sorry. I know what I did was wrong. I have learned my lesson. I will never do it again.

Make sure you have long hair and earrings when you go to court. Chew gum with your mouth open, and look around the room while the judge speaks to you. Tell him the cop was stupid because he didn't even find the big ol' joint you had in your shirt pocket.

You broke the law and got caught, now cowboy up and take your azz whoopin.

prove your Z wont go 80 and thats one case beat, but most likely the only one. In cali when you get caught driving without insurance as long as you get it by the court date the case gets closed, look into that, but being under 16 will stick you. dont worry to much you will live to ride another day.

i got busted for riding on game lands and i got underage riding and riding on a illegal area or whatever and it was only 150.

then i got caught on the roads when i thought it was snow emergency and only got like a 80 dollar ticket

i would prove it doesnt go 80, and also get insurance just for the heck of it, even if it doesnt help it wont hurt
