bought my rm for 1800, bill of sale says 100$, thankfully i got it from a friend, when i re-regi it i only gotta pay what 7 and change for sales tax..... i also need to get my vinson re-regi, they lost my 04 sticker in the mail, and i only have the yellow 03, but its only 10$, so no biggee, just gotta head over to dmv, and get regi

i dont think insurance is mandatory for a atv/bike.

having it registered isn't mandatory either but if you get pulled over while on the road and it's not registered or has insurance you'll get some tickets

I don't have a bill of sale. I have the registration card though. I guess I can make one up
and of course fudge the sale price. I'm gonna call DMV tomarrow and see exactley what I'm gonna
need to do, I need to know if the tag thats on this needs to stay or be turned in for a new one.
I'll let you guys know what I find out.
