Dr Q is the man you're looking for. It is not Rusty, but I do believe in a post he said he worked at suzuki country racing, which I believe is the same place that rusty had worked. You can sign up over at Macdizzy.com which is $11.00. It has his Rx, or prescription for performance and reliability. Plus it is a good two stroke sight. Planet Sand is another place that Dr Q posts, but if you are asking basic questions he will probably refer you to Macdizzy since it has already been written there. If you are looking for a builder the consensus over there is that T&N cycle and Holeshot cycle OK. Dr Q may have another guy but I'm not sure he is taking any work at this time.

Good Luck
