Default Vinson 5 Speed Transmission

I've a Vinson 2004, 5 speeds. It's happened a lot of time, when I was trying to change the gear speed from gear #3 to gear #4 I was getting a bad neutral between speed or the speed was changing bi itself whitout touch the shifter. The problem seemed to appear when I asked much power on the gasoline, It's look like if the previous gear was'nt engage correctly. My dealer has adjust my shifter pedal and he told me that the shifter pedal was realy bad adjusted. The course to shift from a speed to another was too long. So now I feel the short feeling between the speed changing but, sometime it's still changing speed by itself. 95% from gear 4 to gear 5. Could it be the spring who is keeping the clutch in place who is become to be not enough strong to retain clutch??? Need help.

Translate that into English. What I'm gathering is your clutch needs adjusted. Yes, 5 sp.'s have clutches-albeit "auto" clutches. When you shift, i.e. are between gears, the auto clutch disengages the power from the crank so the dogs can be unloaded to permit shifting. Take a normal motorcycle, run it up to cruising speed, then pull in the clutch and bang the gears back to first (w/ the clutch pulled in). That wacking noise is the dogs releasing to permit gear changes. It sounds as though your clutch "throw" isn't adjusted properly. Is that what you were saying?
