any of you into snowmobiles? if so you would know about the spring order programs. i think that suzuki should do something like that. that way, the new 450 can be customized to the riders needs. they should have a dune, cross country, and mx package like polaris and cannondale (atk) have. if you were to choose options, you could choose elec. start, rev., and also efi for those that like it. i think when suzuki does pull the covers off the new z, theyre gonna do something that makes all the yfz and r guys trade them ion for the new suzi.

I think that would be a great idea. Me and my dad have already talked about that. Like you could get softer suspension, e-start, and reverse for the trail quad. Or the motocross one could be kickstart with a little wider stance and stiffer suspension.

Just costs too much money. Your average hi-po sled costs a grand or two more than the most expensive sport quad. EFI is too new to mess with, and IMO they should just make them all electric start with a kick backup from the factory. That way people can remove the electric for weight if they so desire, and dont have to spend 900 bucks to get the kick start like the yfz, or have to live with no electric start on the trails like the trx.
