Hey, thanks for the input WVeiger, but, as nick05eiger says, that is the bleeder valve for the brakes, so don't try to put grease in it. The Eiger is a big switch from my 2000 Xpedition, it has 13 grease fittings. All but one is fairly easy to get at, but that one is in a real dandy place. Bet the engineers had a good laugh over that one!

that nipple is for bleeding the brakes. dont try to get a gun on that thing you will make a mess of your calipers.

Hi WVeiger! I really didn't think you would try to put grease in the bleeder valve, but I would much rather have someone tell me something that made me feel a little stupid than for them to remain quiet and let me DO SOMETHING REALLY STUPID! Hey, now I know where to look for the bleeder valve! LOL Sure do like the new Zuki, when the wifey lets me ride it!

According to my local squealer "They didn't put grease fittings in, because that just lets water get in". It's just like all the new cars they make nowadays. They don't put fittings in there because they want you back once a year replacing every bearing, bushing, tie rod and ball joint. I'd much rather have grease fittings and the trouble that goes along w/ them as opposed to no grease fittings and just driving still stuff starts to break.
