I have an 02 Eiger 400, 4wd, Auto. Bought it used.
The manual is on the way, but not here yet.
My question is?
I found the oil dipstick and the brake fluid is easy enough to check.
What other fluids to I need to check and where are they located?

differential fluid should be checked every 1200 miles and replaced every 2 yrs. as per 2004 eiger manual. should be the same for the 02.

 

Where's the check plug and what do they recommend putting in it?

The plugs are on the side of the differentials. It is a metal plug that is removed with a hex key of some sort. You will notice the plug when you look at the unit. They recommend SAE90 hyploid gear oil with a GL-5 rating.
