06 vinson not starting in cold weather
I got it started on choke then i took it off of ckoke and it ran fine for a few seconds then i put back on choke then it died. I got it started again on choke then i took it off of choke and it pulled it forward about two feet then it died again. I got it started and pulled it back under the shed and it died again. I started it back up it lugged so I gave it some gas and let off and idled fine fo few seconds and it started lugging or idling to low then it died for the forth time. When it died the forth time it poped or maby a small backfire. Now it wont start at all. It will just turn over.

It could be frozen fuel line. Pull the fuel line off of the carb, put the petcock on prime and make sure you have good fuel flow there. There is a small screen in the inlet line for the carb that can clog. Blow it out or use a soft wire to clean it out. Hook the line back up and remove the screw on the bottom of the float bowl and see if fuel run freely form there. If you have good flow there then it is in the carb Main jets or pilot jets. Add a good fuel filter between the carb and petcock while your there.
