Just as soon as I'm done with my rings, I'm putting new tires on Suzi. What would anyone recommend? I'm thjnking ITP mudlites, or maybe maxxis razr. I do hard trails, with a little crawling trails and hill climbs.

well every engine i broke in, full throttle !!!! important suggestion: before you turn the gas on , leave the kill switch on stop. kick the engine over about 5-6 times to reprime the oil pump and make sure you put a little oil in the camshaft gallery and bearing surfaces. be very careful not to overfill the oil. i changed the oil after 15 hours after a rebuilt engine is broke in. then changed it regularlly after that, about every 3 months or if it had alot of hours on it.

i ran Kenda Parker DT's. a nice 6 ply tire. i wouldn't mess with Mudlites or razr's. don't get me wrong it's a nice tire but don't last very long, basically you're buying the name. I ran my Kendas' for 2 years almost. At about 20- 30 hours of riding a week and they still bit ahold of everything i threw at them. I climbed near vertical hills with them, drove through rivers, went muddin, and trail raced for a year with them. they can take a beating. i live in flint country and never had a sliced tire. too bad they got discontiued. next best tire is the Kenda Kutter XC 20x11x9 or the Kenda Klaw 22x11x9. i have used both of these tires. the Kutter's are nice watch out spiing in the mud and finding a tree root! those things will launch the front end striaght up.

After you get the bolts out get a lil block of wood and tap it with a lil hammer to losen the seal

Hey yall over the summer my uncle gave me this old 88 lt230s. It was realy tore up bad no plastics and a bent frame. Well me and a buddy took it and got it running and iv just been replacing parts since and reading on here so i finaly got around to making an accout on here. So now i think i got a big issue. I was out tearing around in the snow a few days ago and after a wile got tired and parked the quad and i was seeing oil bubbleing out of where the clutch arm comes out on the right side and it may have been dripping some where else idk. But the next day i wemt out to start it and when i kicked it i was hearing a bad scratching almost grinding sound in the block. Its will still start but its tough to keep runnung and it will only start in N and it dosent have any power to it at all it will stall full throttle in 1st and wont rev up all the way. Does anybody know what it could be and how i can fix it? Thankyou

Quadrunner is a semi auto clutch and has less suspension and small carbs

The quadsport is also kick start only, while the quadrunner is electric start with a pull start backup.
