That is lucky! If you're running the stock 12 tooth front sprocket you should order a case saver from Bike Bandit. They're $3 and you can still use the leg protector thing.

well i had one on there but i found out the bolt holes were stripped out... so i took it off and just put a bigger nut over the old botl and the bottom...worked it held fine. the top was sheared off. what i really nead to do is just get new s/a bearings. and i want to get new sprockets too.

That's why I always say to locktite them when someone is working on the magneto. The manual says to do that too.

when i went through my quad i found a broken stator, which led to a broken case which led to a motor that would not start , so when i redid the motor i lapped the the bolts to the stator , trust me it works i raced go karts for years and built some serious briggs motors if it fits tight it will not come loose oh and use loctight

Priceless!

i'm heading your way to tear down that old barn you don't want. LOL!!!
well, i'm chillin' to the new bruce springsteen album and sipping on a shot of crown royal and surfing on my new Toshiba laptop w/ 3g wireless internet and a sweet little wireless mouse!
i'm hanging out at my buddy's place we affectionately call the "compound"
armed and heavily fortified, even the law thinks twice when pulling up to the place! LOL!

bought myself a little crosman pump pellet pistol and got some pellets called "Polymag"(expensive lil f@ckers. $25 for a can of 200)
wow! it's got some serious knockdown potential! i can shoot an empty beercan on the fence, blow a hole clean thru it and not even rattle the can. freaking awesome! talk about silent but deadly! eight shots and the biotch won' be able to see out her van windows to drive to work! BWHAHAHAHAHA!!!

more later, gotta go adjust the windage and elevation on the sights. the indoor range is coming in handy...
