wow whipping threw this looking at all the pics makes me mad i ever sold my 86 LT230 at the time i sold it it needed a stater and i got a good offer on it thinking come winter ill just pick up another running $500 quad [cause i ride street bikes in the summer and wouldn't touch a quad much] well it being my first quad a figured that they would all handle and go like it did i was sorely mistaken now that i got a 220 bayou for $400 thinking it would be as good as my LT230 was its far from being close to comparable to a LT230 and i cant find another LT230 for the life of me thats for sale in my $1000 price range heres a pic of what it looked like when i let it go. had new bars fresh jet black paint new brakes custom made muffler intake mod it was jetted. i really wish i never gotten rid of it.

thats an aftermarket GOKI electric start conversion kit cover. VERY RARE. you should easily be able to sell it for the price of two regular covers.

yup you sure can, but you need to keep an eye on power consumption. because the stock coil doesnt really put out too much, and if you exceed the max by too much you will kill the coil. if you really want output, you can always get it re-wound by baja designs or maybe ricky stator. ive also see people re-wind coils themselves.
actual wattage numbers were covered somewhere between page 1 and 50 in this thread if u wanna look it up which i highly reccomend.

I believe its a 60W total system? It might be 45...I can't remember. Its good for whatever the stock headlight wattage + the 5 W taillight wattage are combined. More than that and you'll be getting a little dangerous.
