Anyone here a pro with creating RSS feeds? I'd like to make one for the what's new page for the Vault, but I can't figure it out.

Default 87 suzuki LT 230 quadsport carb overflow pipe

My 87 suzuki LT 230's carb overflow pipe will not stop leaking out gas. Does any one know what is going on?

Correct, except there is just one float

Float sticking down will allow gas to keep running in. Does it also flood out the engine and/or blow black smoke when running and ride like crap?

I've never seen a carb with more than one float.... Unless it was a dual chamber or something. Definately not on a single piston application.

my 32mm mikuni vm on my 230 has two individual nitrophyl floats that slide on little rods that have pins that stick out of them and act on a central lever that actuates the needle and seat...

Mission Accomplished! Finally got rid of my sled tonight and picked up this bad boy + $140 cash on the deal. Starts and runs (when you can get the key to turn) but needless to say, it needs some love! Will be a hoot to goof around with in the mud come spring.

By the way, this is a little mushy, but I just want to say thanks to everyone on this thread and forum in general for being so pleasant. I was just on another forum, and unless your some guy who knows everything about everything, whatever you say just gets flamed. Its SO annoying! So thank you all for being such a great group of people. Really shows what kind of people ride ATVs.
