sticking throdle

Default sticking throdle

my throddle gets stuck and makes the idle go up extreamly high. what do i have to do to fix it

on a lt230? that has the stock thumb push?

yes.. what hapens is il be riding and then when i let back off the thumb push it goes as far back as it can go but the quad revs up extreamly high. im guessing that it has something to do with the cable or the throttle itself

you can do what smb05 said or what i did to mine was reroute it through the front grill thing and it has worked fine for about 2months now

no i really didnt. it doesnt really seem to do anything. it seems like its just there for show lol

lol well i replied in that post when u made it and ive got an 86 and on mine that is to hold the choke up cuz with the choke up is when it is off and when it is down it is on so when i go to start mine i put the lever(the choke) on the opposite side of the of the 4 wheeler i put it down in the on position then after i let it warm up i pull that **** then push the choke up and push the **** back it and mine starts a whole lot easier with the choke on lol
