When the engine is running. Can someone tell me what needs to be done per the Operators Manual to get the quad into reverse? It seems that I cannot turn the **** far enough clockwise with the engine running. With the Engine off the **** will turn about a quarter turn and then I can get the quad into reverse. If that doesnt work, what should I look for as the culprit?

PS. I bought the quad used and forgot to get the owners manual.

 

I figured it. I accidently tried to shift it down into first after it was already in first and it went into reverse. An owners manual would have solved that headache.

yes the manual would of helped you and you wouldnt have had to stress about it
once your in first turn the **** and push the shifter down and theres reverse and up shift to get out of reverse
some times you need to adjust the cable so it will go in
