Default 2005 Z/KFX400 Suspension settings?

Does anybody have a link to a suspension 101 article for these quads?
I understand the concepts of compression and rebound, but where's a good starting point?
Right now, my settings are still at stock points.

Thanks.

it depends on how much u weigh and what you do. Dude you dont ask other people what your settings should be, ride it, if its to soft, to hard, kicks ur @ss to fast on whoops, just adjust it like that, its hard for people who know nothing about you or what you do to tell you what your suspension settings should be. Sorry i am not trying to be rude just saying, you should just ride it and figure out

Re-read my post paintballbanshee - and tell me WHERE did I ask what my settings should be? I didn't. I asked for a good starting point, and a link for a web site for some setup basics.

You need to take a break from responding to posts until you get out of puberty.
