Putting magic gunk in the tank won't do it. You need to clean that carb.

replace the spark plug it will idle just fine but till you give it gas its not making enouph spark for it to gain rpm change it then write me back

That quote is a load of old toot. The OP's engine was running weak, if the choke was the problem it would be running rich and get worse as the engine warmed, same for dirty air filter.

It depends on what model you have, as to how to fix a stuck on choke.
