Maybe my gauge is bad?? I get 80psi before the mill work, and 92.5 after the work. The head volume before was 11cc's, and after was 9.25cc's. If I do the math that's like .055. (that doesn't sound right) 15.9% decrease in volume....well that's about right according to the gauge 15.6% increase in pressure.

I re-searched and found stock psi to be around 125. This thing is only a couple of months old, and never been mistreated. It really runs good. 100yd times are just under 10s with a 65# rider, stock gearing and 18" tires(the pressure was too low to really get the best times on the street though). After the mill work, times were in the low 9's.

Does that sound about right?
Ya think the pressure gauge is off? How could the comp be so low so soon, running as good as new?

Allright, the comp guage is broken. I get 160psi on a new guage.

Next maybe a tooth or 2 up on the front sprocket.
I've had motors do 7.2 in 300 ft.

Jack,
I've returned your email twice about the sprocket and chain setup. Are you having trouble with the email? I need to know what the parts are, and how much they'll be. I'd like to change it out for the little man for christmas. Thanks bro, I hope you see this soon.
