Default clutch reassemble

I'm waiting for a new face and plate movable drive. So I decide to install the old one with new rollers put it all togher but was having a hard time with belt.started the bike idle for 5 minutes, rode the bike noise would come and go.But now durring take of it starts very slow then it picks up. I did take trans#2 but only remove from clutch limiter hub to clutch limiter stopper or could it be I installed belt wrong. the arrows were pointing to the turning direction.when I remove the clutch to see what went wrong I notice 2 of the rollers where in the opposite direction.I do have a repair manual ,but has missing pages. "remove from clutch limiter hub to clutch limiter stopper"
HUH???
Do you mean the washer in the front clutch? If so, you need that.
Rollers turn when you remove the clutch from the crankshaft. If it was running that way, it's from installation.

Default clutch reassemble lt80

The clutch I remove was the back one the first nut only. This is how I installed.first installed and torque back transmission with belt, then squeeze belt together and had enough slack to install trasmission#1(first crank side)torque to 35 pounds foot .then turn the movable drive face by hand to take up the vbelt play.finally put everything back together and start the bike for 5.minutes.Result was a roller out of position&slow during take ofLt80 what did I do wrong?Could it be my belt is stretched out. Please help getting closer to go to glamis and I have two lt80s.
