Default Eiger with a Clutch Kit

I have made a few modifications to my 03 manual Eiger. I have clipped the spring, rejetted, and made some airbox modifications. Is there any type of clutch kit that I can install to increase power again. The reason for this is that I have grown to like the extra power with the previous mods and now want to replace my stock tires with 26 inch mudlites.

One more thing, I have noticed that they sell clutch kits based upon your tire size - stock tires or oversize tires. What is this all about. Lets say I go and get a clutch kit and decide to change my tires a year from now - What do I do - get the one for stock or oversize tires. Will installing a clutck kit made for oversize tires damage the bike if keep my stock tires on it for a while.

Is it true that going to a bigger and better tire will allow me to pull wheelies?

Thanks in advance.
