I removed three rollers this evening, and then I put them right back in. The bike might launch just slightly better with them removed but it hit the rev limit at a very slow speed. I lost all the top end. Now I understand why everyone upgrades the ignition when they pull three rollers. Ours still has a very acceptable top speed with the 48 tooth sprocket and all six rollers. I'm keeping the clutch stock, and I'll mill the head when I get around to it. I'm just about satisfied with it.

Mods so far:

CT Racing Pipe
K&N filter with outer wear
75 main jet, 22.5 pilot
48 tooth sprocket - best money spent yet!

nice work, i like the tire set-up instead of these balloon tires...
and the nology plug wire, did you change the plug also???

what is a "DR pulley 6 gram sliding weights 17x12 ????
and "lightened rear clucth shoes 200 grams".... ????

i have all six rollers in 5gram each from CT, what's all that other stuff??

I could go back and completely port the head valves, intake and exhaust ports you think it's worth it???

how do you do the porting and valve adjustments after shaving the head or do I have to bring it in for that. Im trying to learn to do as much as i can on my own dont worry im not going to try the shaving. Do i have to buy a different gasket or just another stock one whats the torque specs on the head. I sure appreciate all the info
