Fair enough then - truly annoying when that happens.
This bike really is living up to the old saying "you cant polish a turd !"

Check this out guys! If you look at the pics of the 90 and the 50, the bumpers are the same! This bumper should fit!

The stock jetting was 58.8 main and 12.5 I believe for idle. I don't remember off hand what the CTRacing jets were. I do remember it was a three pack for both main and idle jets. Tha main started at 75 and went up from there while the idle were 17.5 20 and 22.5. If you are looking to buy jet without going through CTRacing then check out this site www.westcoastquads.com Look under category on the left and click on carburetor and then jets. They have what you will need for both main and idle jets in stock. Hope this helps? It's been a few weeks since I did my upgrades and I can't remember where I put all the info I wrote down. But, jetting is a trial and error type job that is based on altitude air and fuel mixture.

I'm heading to the dunes next week and will try and bring back some vids of the little 50 with ALL the mods done as it rips through the sand.

For those of you who are interested in rejetting their little atv and live in either lower Cali, AZ or Nevada you may be able to get away with the jet settings I have done. I used a 75 main jet and 22.5 idle jet. Keep in mind that I also have the full CTRacing kit. But, from what I've read that some of you have done already, this should do the trick. You would just have to ply with the fuel air mixture setting a little to dial it in. Hope it helps!

In stock form I still believe it's a piece of crap. Atleast compared to it's older LTA model. With all the upgrades i did to it, I would have to say it's a great bike now. But now I have a new dilema. We went to the sand expo and fell inlove with a can-am ds90x. I convinced my wife that my youngest son is ready for it so..... After this dune trip next week the LTZ50 is going up for sale. It's time for my little boy to get a big bike like his brother and friends.

Yeah the new can-am's are awesome. They are pricey though. Even the kids quads.

Yeah the kids DS90X MSRP was $3299.00 A bit on the high side but all the upgrades are on it. Just for kicks, I added up what it cost to do up my sons LTZ50 including purchase price and I'm at $2900.00. I couldn't believe how much this little thing nickle and dimed me. It's a great bike now but it took some know how, money and this forum to do it.

Not much TBird. Sorry about your grandma! There have been some jet sizes posted. The fmf pipe was a dud. It was for a two stroke! I found out that Suzuki uses the same bumper for the 50 and 90. There is a custom bumper on their website under the 90 accessories that will fit the 50. I put a link to it a little ways up!
