I have an 05 eiger that is blowing white smoke from the exaust. I pulled the air filter and there was an oiley resadue. This makes me think that there may be a blown ring in the engine....? Has anyone had this problem, or have any ideas?? HELP!!

 

The Eiger air filter is soaked in oil so a slight oily residue is normal. The smoke is not - Have you been in any deep mud lately? Any signs that the air filter has gotten saturated with muddy water? Is it using oil? Could be that you've scratched the cylinder walls.
