Default dead battery

I'm pretty sure that my battery is dead but I'm only 14 and not a pro mechanic...ok when I try to start my z400 for a second it starts regularly but then it gets really weak and dies. I recharge the battery and it starts up but the next day it dies again..Is it defenitly the battery?? I should buy a new one right??

most likly if you charged it with a standard charger and have done it a few time when the battery is all the way dead you need a new battery you need to charge the battery with no more the 2 or 3 amps if you charge the battery to fast to many time it wont hold a charge.

if the battery is kinda old then yes buy a new one cause the battery wont hold the charge as long if its old and that sounds like your problem.

Check to make sure the ground wire is not loose and the connections to the battery are tight. Check the fluid level in the battery too.

check to see the acid is low in the battery if it is fill it with disstilled water. make sure the top of the battery is clean because a dirty battery can short itself out and drain. put it on a trickle charger over night. if that doesn't do it then replace your battery.
