Default CVT BELT Trouble

Wandering If Belt Wear is consistant with the low mileage on my quad.Boggs down in high range.Only 1400miles on it like new. please reply,03 400 eiger auto.

Default CVT BELT Trouble

I don't know how long the belt should last but that would probably depend on the rider and the abuse. I would think belt wear would be more of a problem on the low end and pulling.

Default CVT BELT Trouble

It's simple enough to pull the belt cover off to see if your problem is belt wear. I would hope they last longer than that, but anything is possible.

You would not think 1400 miles is good for a major drive part that only cost $70 and takes 20 minutes to change?[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-confused.gif[/img]
