Default oil in air box ltr450

I have a 06 ltr450 and I was wondering if anybody has come across a problem with oil in the air box and it not starting? When it does start as soon as you let off the gas it dies. If anybody knows what is going on please let me know. Thanks monstr70z

If you have oil in the airbox and the quad isn't making strange noises...It could be you have too much oil (this happened to me). When doing oil changes, make SURE you undo the two 5mm crankcase bolts AND the engine oil resivoir bold. Also open the caps where you are going to replace the oil. This will make sure all the oil gets drained. Then add the correct amount of oil (400 ml or cc on right side (no dipstick) and 1200 ml or cc on the left side with the dipstick).
