Yep. I think a roller problem also.
The grease gets rock hard and limits the travel.
You will have to check the hub and roller plate for excessive wear because of the above ststement.
Belts wear forever and usually the more wore the better. [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

 

THanks for the info guys but im gonna trash the thing the motor blew up the starter locked up and the tranny is well toast. I am going to part it out on ebay its 12 years old and not worth the money it will take to fix it.
