LT Z250 how to set adjust the idle

I just bought my daughter a LT Z250 and it dies at idle. It needs the idle to be turned up just a little but how do you do this? I have looked all over this thing and can't find an adjustment. HELP

Do you have a pic? I have looked all over. It is probably right in front of my face, but I can't find it.
