Hey, hope we are doing this right. We are new to this, have had MANY street bikes, but got our first dinno quad yesterday. We think it is an 84 LT 250 E-F but we CAN NOT find a manual for it! Does anyone know if this works like some cars that have a date on the frame but could be a year or 2 newer, because we can find all kinds of them for an 85 and up?

sorry I don't, but that is why drills were invented, you know to fit wheels onto obscure suzukis(speaking from experience).

On the Zilla note though, I was wondering if it would be easier to just put honda hubs on the axles?

Honda hubs don't fit.
LTZ400 rear hubs do and are 4X110 pattern.
