vinson 500 reverse wont engage

Default vinson 500 reverse wont engage
Some how I Can shift to L or H or N but somehow when I try to get in reverse,, rhe red R go on for a second and goes back to N neutral

How can I adjust ? easy ?

what can be the problem , bad because I need to plow my driveway and kind stuck
any help ?
