my brother has a quadzilla 500. hes currently offering to sell it to me for 500 bucks cause hes tired of dealing with it. the zilla overheats and spils the water out the head. hes had it at the shop 3 times for the same problem. my problem is i dont know if i should buy it knowing that it has this problem, beacause idont want to invest to much money into the engine, i would just rather buy another atv. if its asimple littl thing that can be fixed easily than i wouldnt mind buying it

 

sounds like a head gasket, not really a big deal on a single cylinder machine just make sure you can get all of the parts before you take it apart and you could get it done in an afternoon, and for a quadzilla I would definitely do that if I could get one for 500 bucks

 

What model is it?87s had head gasket problems.

 

It shouldn't be that big of a deal.
The 87s had some head sealing issues, but all the fixes have been around for a long long time.
