Anyone know how to adjust the timing on a 2006 Z400?

If you see my Other post I broke a bolt off my Rotor assy which spun around inside and broke my stator assy, I had a wrench on the crank bolt and think I may have turned something out of wack like maybe crank or crank balancer as I placed it gear held the bike still and turned the crank. I also had to buy a new stator as the bolt killed the insulation on the wire

 

are you saying it will not run ?
