when i bought it few weeks ago it had its problems but for the price i couldnt go wrong i fixed all so far but the guy i bought said it had a pinhole in the diaphram on the carb he said he fixed it my problem is all of a sudden its under powered unless i jam the throttle over and over then it feels like i hit a powerband im thinking his diaphram fix didnt work so well. am i on the money?
