Purchased new 09 500 KingQuad beginning of this month and guess what it never made end of month .The shaft popped on front end and after about 5 miles of struggling to get bike out of bush,shaft got rounded also
damaged the gear and what ever else. Hope warranty covers the job? Had about 400 km on bike.

Yeah shaft poped out diff,rounded end of shaft splines and gear in differential .Parts are on ship now. Had a hard time driving it ,could not turn corners. The power steering did not help.At first I thought it was the power steering that went.First big problem driving Susuki.

 

Finally got my 09 KingQuad out of the shop.The dealer gave me another bike to drive while the parts were back ordered. certainly missed the power steering.Everything seems to be back to normal. Warranty was 100%, as the bill was like $1500 plus.Went on a 60 km run today and another run tomorrow. Hope I have better luck with this bike
