85 suzuki 250r no spark! replaced coil and

Just because ur carbs clean it doesn't mean its set up properly was that carb working well before because good compression and spark leaves air/fuel to look at

I have cleaned the carb but i have used starting fluid and even if it was not getting fuel, it should still fire off the starting fluid??

I never USed starting fluid so I don't know but if it does work for starting ru sure that u have strong spark. did you perform a. Compression test or just guessing

you dont have to worry about timing with it being a two stroke

yeah i know, when i first made the post that said "check the timing", i had just gotten done answering a bunch of 230 questions, and i wansnt paying attention to the fact that the r is a 2 stroke hahaha

i wonder if the new cdi i put on could have any affect? Wondering if the spark i have is just weak.
