still the plug is soaking wet when i pull it out and cant get the quad to start... I have gotten i to start randomly but it fouls out plugs quickly. I put the carb thru a carb bath and everything looks good. float level was measured and air screw is 3/4 turn out. Still fuel duming out the overflow??

The plug being wet and fuel out the overflow are 2 separate issues. If you still have fuel spilling out the overflow, check the rubber stopper that sits at the top of the float assembly. It may need to be replaced, they get hard over time and don't seal well. A wet plug could be from lack of/poor spark. Do you know what the compression is like?

When you rebuilt the carb, did you replace the float valve seat? What color is the spark? What color is the smoke? Is the smoke going out exhaust or blowing back through carb?

That is what I was trying to name. She probably won't run until you get this replaced.

Spark is blue, Smoke is white out of the exhaust. Yes i replaced the seat for the float level. Thats actually why i rebuilt it bc it seemed like there was a leak when i blew into the fuel line. There is some moisture near my head gasket. I am thinking i may have low compression. Just seems odd bc the issue staretd that i lost spark and had to replace my cdi, stator and coil. got spark back and couldnt get it to start. then i messed with the carb. Just seems odd i had multiple issues when the quad was running fine until one day when i lost my spark
